Hi lucaltmann, have you seen the Stages of GR11? there is also the possibility of English Language. IMHO the best option is to flight to BCN Airport and from there to take a bus to Sabiñánigo (4 hours trip), once in Sabiñánigo take the bus line Jaca - Formigal and stop in Sallent de Gallego...
